Kindergarten-First Grade Starter is geared toward children who are at risk for academic success. This intensive classroom program teaches core skills for school-based learning through the use of themes. It focuses on language, cognition, social skills, literacy skills, and understanding classroom routines. Kindergarten-First Grade Starter is led by professional speech-language clinicians, with assistance from a reading specialist, a music therapist, and trained volunteers.
