Cooking with Honey“Cooking with Honey” with bee expert Dr. Stephen Buchmann and UCLL
clinicians took place on Friday, May 16th from 3:30-5:00 p.m at
UCLL. Middle school teens targeted literacy skills while having fun
making recipes with honey. There was even a honey taste-testing
activity and teens learned how different varieties of honey are
made.
